You will have the choice between remote sessions (held over Zoom) or in-person sessions (available in my home office in Crozet). Bodywork (Polyvagal and Craniosacral Therapies) are available in-person only. If you aren’t sure what kind of session is right for you, or would like to discuss working with me on a sliding scale, don’t hesitate to send me a message.
